How long does nationwide shipping take?
Under normal conditions, a Complete Order is delivered in 5–8 Business Days. Business Days are Monday to Friday and include New Zealand public holidays. A Complete Order means payment and all required review-link, artwork and delivery details have been received. We currently ship to accepted New Zealand addresses only.
What if I need help with setup?

Does it work with iPhone and Android?
TapNGo works with compatible NFC-enabled iPhone and Android devices. The customer’s phone needs NFC support and an internet connection to open the review page.
Does TapNGo need charging, power or Wi-Fi?
No. TapNGo is a passive NFC product and does not need a battery, charging, power or its own Wi-Fi connection.
Can my review link be changed later?
Yes. TapNGo can be reprogrammed if your business moves, rebrands or changes its review destination. Contact us and we’ll explain the available option before any chargeable work begins.
